Well each year, I say I am going to hire someone to take pictures of Sofia for her birthday, but I have not done it for several years! I just can’t make myself spend the money! I usually manage (or Elizabeth manages) to get some good pics of Sofia that are card and wall worthy!
Wow, how is it possible that Sofia is 6 already! We celebrated with presents in the park on Friday and she has her party tomorrow. Much smaller this year with only 12 kids coming and of course, at her beloved Chuck E Cheese! Plans are all made, pink and zebra goodies. I must say that I can not wait to see her in the birthday outfit!
Today was the craziest longest day! This is what we did today:
9-10 – Ballet
10:30-12:20 – Living Christmas Tree practice at Church (can I just say Sofia gets to do something REALLY special)
12:30-3:30 - Nutcracker practice
4:00 – go to Costco to order the cake (yes, Costco cake and yes, the night before the party)
5pm – finally home for the day and had to practice hair for the Festival of Lights performance next weekend.
I am ready for BED!
Sofia is so busy with dance these days, it seems that is all we do! She has 3 hours of dance on Saturdays – 2 of which are for the Nutcracker. I took a moment this Saturday to snap a few pictures of her before class started.
