I've been tagged

So yesterday super nice Laura http://thehortonfamily.blogspot.com/ tagged me in her post and I am so honored as this is my first time.



I have been challenged to come up with six random things about myself, so here goes:



1. I LOVE sunflower seeds. I know, not very lady-like, probably not that good for you, but I love them. and not those shelled kind. I mean put the handful in your mouth, crack em open, spit (delicately) into a cup and continue--for hours. Now what I have found is that I prefer to eat them in the fall and winter. Not sure why.



2. I am a scan reader. I read very fast and typically by scanning. I started this in high school. I don't miss anything either, I just don't read every word.



3. I believe in de ja vu. I continuously have happenings of, I knew this was going to happen or I dreamed this would happen or I have been in this situation before, etc. It is actually a very weird feeling.



4. I am a horse lover. When I was 12, I trained my horse Hagen to jump. I read every horse book I could find, watched every horse movie, I lived for horses. I later trained my next horse Beau to jump as well. Highest fence - 48 inches. Not bad.



5. Well now how about an embarrasing one....I played Dr. a little too much as a young girl with my neighbor (yes he was a boy).

6. I do not like to drink out of plastic cups. I will drink from Tervis (thank you Elizabeth and Lucinda) but other than that, I despise plastic cups. Also on the same note, I don't drink with a straw in sit-down restaurants. Fast food yes, dine-in no. I can also never drink water in a restaurant from a straw. Not sure why but just can't do it!
